Privacy notice
Your information, explained clearly.
This notice explains what Vantforge collects, why we use it and the choices you have.
Last updated: 3 August 2026
1. Who we are
Vantforge Ltd is the controller of personal information described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 15691955. Our registered office is C/O Aacsl Accountants Limited, 1st Floor, North Westgate House, Harlow, Essex, CM20 1YS, United Kingdom.
For privacy questions or requests, email hello@vantforge.com.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the need for the processing, its benefit and its effect on your rights.
4. How website enquiries work
The Start a Project page prepares a draft for Gmail, Outlook Web or your device's email application. The Vantforge website does not transmit or store the form fields. If you choose Gmail or Outlook Web, the draft details are passed to that provider when you open its compose page. Vantforge receives the information only if you choose to send the email.
Other enquiries are made by choosing an email link and sending a message through your own email provider. Vantforge receives only the information you choose to include and send.
5. Children and young people
Vantxterity includes programmes intended for people aged 4 to 17. Initial enquiries must be made by a parent, guardian, school or responsible organisation. Do not include a child's full name, contact details, health information or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
If a programme later needs information about a child, Vantforge will provide a separate, age appropriate notice and request the necessary permission before collecting it. The child's best interests and data minimisation will guide that process.
6. Who we share information with
We may share the minimum necessary information with suppliers that support website hosting, forms, email, file storage, accounting, payment or professional advice. We may also share information when required by law, to establish or defend legal rights, or to protect people and services.
We do not sell personal information.
7. International transfers
Some technology suppliers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where a restricted transfer applies, we use an applicable UK adequacy regulation or appropriate contractual safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, and carry out any required data protection assessment.
8. How long we keep information
- Enquiries that do not become active work: normally up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
- Subscription information: until you unsubscribe or we close the list. We may keep a minimal suppression record so we respect your choice.
- Programme interest records: normally up to 24 months after the relevant programme or last contact, unless a separate programme notice explains another period.
- Contracts, invoices and required business records: normally six years from the end of the relevant financial year, or longer where the law or an active dispute requires it.
- Security logs: only for the period needed to investigate, protect and maintain the service.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
This build does not use analytics, advertising cookies or behavioural tracking. The site may use only technology needed to deliver pages securely. We will update this notice and ask for valid consent before adding non essential analytics, embedded media or similar technology.
10. Your rights
Depending on the situation, you may have the right to ask for access to your information, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to its use or receive a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
We normally respond to rights requests within one calendar month. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm identity.
11. Complaints
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Visit ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or call 0303 123 1113.
